Below we leave you a short guide on how to ship with us quickly and smoothly, with no hiccups or surprises. Here are some key steps to do everything at your best and be ready for your shipment

Packing: find a container suitable for what you ship (e.g. a cardboard box) and something to pack the contents (choose something soft to keep your shipment safe). If you don’t know how to pack or don’t have the needed materials, you can come to our office—we’ll help you with the process.

Weigh your shipment: to prepare a quote it’s essential to know the chargeable weight of your shipment. The chargeable weight is the higher of the actual weight (i.e. the weight on the scale) and the volumetric weight. If you don’t know the volumetric weight of your shipment, you can use our automatic calculator at the bottom of the page; you only need the dimensions of your shipment: height, width and depth.

Address: to ship correctly we need you to provide the sender’s details (you) and the recipient’s, paying special attention to the accuracy of the address, as it will determine the successful delivery of your shipment.

Ship: bring us your shipment together with the details you’ll obtain by following the steps above, or request a home pickup by sending them to us remotely. Pay in store or online (card, cash or Satispay available) and your shipment is on its way!

Calculate the cost of your Express shipment

Gentile Cliente, qui ottieni il costo di una spedizione Express, se hai esigenze di spedire all'estero e/o pesi elevati o volumi importanti/bancali o altro ignora, sarai contattato a seguito del ricevimento modulo sopra "spedire on-line".

Per conoscere il costo della tua spedizione : primo passaggio, calcola il peso tassato del tuo pacco, ti invitiamo a inserire i dati nel modulo sotto "Calcola il Peso Tassabile" : Lunghezza, Larghezza e Altezza in centimetri, insieme al peso reale in chilogrammi.

A seguire nel modulo "Costo della spedizione", riporta il peso "TASSATBILE" . Una volta inseriti i dati, basta premere il pulsante "Calcola Prezzo". È un processo semplice e intuitivo!

Ti ricordiamo che, se la tua spedizione è destinata alle regioni di Sicilia, Calabria o Sardegna, sarà necessario aggiungere un supplemento di 5 Euro al prezzo calcolato. Inoltre, i tempi di transito indicativi per le spedizioni nazionali sono 24 e 48 ore, mentre per le isole sono previsti tempi di 48-72 ore.
